#FlorianDiet #DAY02 Portions?

If you don’t need to lose weight, if you do sport, work out, fitness, if you’re pregnant, or if you’re a child or a teenager, you NEED to eat carbs at every meal. This diet is for a geek fat male! ;)

How was DAY01? Easy? ;)
What are the size of your vegetables and meat? It should be a plate of veggies, not 2: if you are still hungry, there is a yoghurt and a fruit, and 150g (1/3 lbs) of low-fat meat or fish (or 2 eggs).

DAYO2 (Tuesday):

  1. breakfast: 3 slices of pineapple and low-fat yoghurt without sugar, what about green tea? :)
  2. lunch: (soja) bean sprouts salad with nut oil, low-fat (5%) roasted pork (filet mignon) with steamed carotts, low-fat soft white cheese with rapsberries
  3. if you’re hungry in the afternoon: 1 apple (try Pink Lady)
  4. dinner: white cabbage salad with sesam seeds (yeah, like in a Sushi menu), grilled veal cutlet and ratatouille (not the rat!), low-fat yoghurt
