Sharing 10 tips about an healthier way to eat

Sharing 10 tips I give at my nutrition office :)

  1. eat only if you’re hungry
  2. veggies in every meal; steamed, boiled, or just use microwave ;)
  3. no fried food
  4. grab a fruit when you’re a bit hungry between breakfast, lunch and dinner
  5. eat carbs (pasta, rice, potatoes or peas) only when you’re REALLY hungry; usually 3 or 4 times a week and WITH veggies (half carbs, half veggies). keep bread or oatmeal for breakfast :)
  6. keep olive or nuts oil (2 spoons, non warmed) at every meal
  7. drink water, mineral water; no energy drinks with minerals, vitamins and carbs. too many liquid calories!
  8. no alcohol!!
  9. exercise if you can
  10. keep one lunch with your fav’ comfort food
